Email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, after which their data is removed from our mailing list.
Student and payment records are retained for up to 6 years in line with tax and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Soltura Spanish processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, where applicable.
As Soltura Spanish is based in Spain, data is primarily processed under EU GDPR. Where individuals are located in the United Kingdom, their data is also protected under UK GDPR.
