These Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Student”, “you”) and Soltura Spanish (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your participation in any paid programme, course, workshop, or group offering provided by Soltura Spanish.

Soltura Spanish provides online Spanish language education, including self-paced digital content and live 1:1 and group sessions.
The programme is delivered in a hybrid format, consisting of:
Self-paced learning modules hosted online
Live group sessions scheduled at specific dates and times
Attendance at live sessions is optional and not guaranteed on the Student’s part
A recording of each live session will always be provided, regardless of attendance
Soltura Spanish is not responsible for a Student’s inability to attend live sessions due to time zones, personal commitments, or technical issues
Live sessions are provided as an added learning opportunity and do not form the sole basis of the programme.
The core programme duration is 12 weeks from the official start date
Access to programme materials is provided for the duration of the programme and for a minimum period thereafter, as specified on the sales page at the time of purchase
Continued access beyond the stated access period (including any reference to “lifetime access”) is not guaranteed and may depend on platform availability, content updates, or business changes
Soltura Spanish reserves the right to modify or discontinue access to materials in the future, provided that Students are not unfairly disadvantaged under applicable consumer law.
Programme access is personal and non-transferable
Sharing login details, recordings, or materials with third parties is strictly prohibited
All content is provided for personal educational use only
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law:
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase
If access to digital content has already begun, you acknowledge that your right to withdraw may be limited
After 14 days, no refunds will be provided, regardless of:
participation level
attendance at live sessions
completion of modules
personal circumstances
Refunds are not available for partial use, missed sessions, or changes in availability.
All programme content, including but not limited to:
videos
worksheets
recordings
branding
teaching materials
is the exclusive intellectual property of Soltura Spanish.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any part of the programme without prior written permission.
The programme is provided for educational purposes only.
Language progress varies between individuals
No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed
Your success depends on your personal effort, practice, and engagement
Soltura Spanish is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on programme content.
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law:
Soltura Spanish shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control (platform outages, internet failures, device compatibility)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws.
