Course Access, Accounts & Refunds
Course Access
Students gain access to course materials after completing payment. Access is personal and provided through MemberVault; accounts may not be shared. Access duration is as specified on the course page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
Refunds
All courses are digital products. Refunds are provided in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Once access to course materials is granted, courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, trademarks, logos, and resources are the exclusive property of Soltura Spanish. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or resell any materials without written permission. Course materials are for personal educational use only.
Privacy & GDPR
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described.
Your Rights under GDPR
